Insurance

We understand you are very busy and the insurance industry can be difficult to navigate, therefore we are pleased to offer as a courtesy the processing of your insurance claim(s). We are able to do this only if you provide all necessary information. If you are unable or choose not to provide this information you will be required to pay in full at the time of service.



We are a preferred provider with Blue Cross/Blue Shield.


 

Please note, there are a few situations where unfortunately we will not be able to process your insurance. These include, but are not limited to; third party payers (i.e. auto insurance for motor vehicle accidents, personal injury insurance for an injury sustained at a residence or place of business etc), BCHC, VA/CHAMPUS or any associated coverage plans, and insurance plans that require us to receive a reduced payment.  We are not currently accepting new patients who are covered by Medicare, Tricare, VA/CHAMPUS, or Federal Workers Compensation.


Motor vehicle accidents and any other third party payer situations require payment in full at the time of appointment.
